Terms
Last updated August 8, 2026
buzzzz.me is operated by IT Hub Service Inc., a California corporation. By using this site you accept what is written here. It is short because the site currently does very little.
What this site is today
A description of a product that is being built, and a form that puts you on a waiting list. The service itself is not open. Nothing here is an offer to sell you anything, and joining the list does not create an account, a contract, or a place in a queue that we owe you.
The waiting list
- Joining is free and creates no obligation on either side.
- We may open the pilot to some people and not others, in any order we like.
- We may never open it at all. Products get abandoned, and you should not plan around this one until it exists.
- Leave whenever you want by writing to info@buzzzz.me.
When the service opens
Using it will need its own terms, covering payment, phone calls, text messages and what each side may expect. Those will be published before anyone is charged anything, and nobody will be signed up to them by silence.
The brand
The name, the mark and the wording on this site belong to IT Hub Service Inc. The brand page gives you a deliberate and open licence to use the mark and the Buzz me button for the purpose of placing a Buzz me link, including on your own site. Within that purpose you do not need to ask.
Outside it, please don't:
- redraw, restyle or rename the mark;
- use it in a way that suggests we endorse, run or vouch for what you are offering;
- register it, or anything confusable with it, as your own name or domain.
Fair use of the site
Do not attack it, scrape it wholesale, submit other people's details to the form, or try to get at data that is not yours. Automated submissions are blocked and discarded.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, correct, or free of errors, and we do not promise that anything described on it will ever ship. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, IT Hub Service Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from this site, and our total liability connected with it is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes belong to the state and federal courts located in California, and both sides consent to that.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last moved. If a change matters to people already on the waiting list, we will email them rather than rely on them re-reading a legal page.
